Pool builder in Odessa, Texas
Details not confirmed
A family pool business serving West Texas since 1985, built around Leo Aranda, who grew up in the trade, and his daughter Alyssa, who now leads design using 3-D software. The process starts with measuring the yard, including the house, property lines, grades, easements and views from the residence, before a design and proposal are prepared. Gunite pools are the work, with a standard build taking roughly ten weeks, longer when extensive masonry decks or waterfalls are involved. Kool-deck and concrete decks are part of the scope. The gunite structure carries a stated 15-year warranty, with other phases covered against defects in workmanship and materials.
