Fabulous Pools and Spas is a pool and spa business located in Elkhart, Texas. Very little public information is available about it: there is no website and no business description, and the listing is unclaimed.
This guide lists 3 swimming pool contractors based in Palestine or in nearby Elkhart, drawn from public business records in October 2026. 2 have at least eight service facts confirmed on their own websites. 1 state on their sites that they are licensed or insured; Texas has no state pool-contractor license, so that is a claim to verify, not a register match.
Texas does not license swimming pool contractors at the state level, so no Palestine pool builder holds a “pool license”. What is licensed is the sub-work: the plumber on the job must hold a Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners license and the electrician a TDLR license. 1 of the 3 builders here say on their websites that they are licensed or insured. Ask any builder for the plumber’s and electrician’s license numbers and a certificate of insurance before signing.
1 of the 3 Palestine builders describe pool remodeling or resurfacing on their own websites, and 2 describe spa or spool construction. 2 mention gunite or shotcrete construction. Each profile lists exactly which services the builder’s site confirms.
2 of the builders listed here mention financing options on their websites and 2 describe a written warranty. We record only what the builder states; terms, lenders and coverage vary, so ask for the warranty document and the financing partner’s disclosures before you commit.
2 of the 3 builders here describe outdoor living work such as covered patios, outdoor kitchens, fire features, turf or landscaping alongside the pool. 1 offer 3D design renderings. Bundling the yard with the pool can simplify permits and scheduling, but ask whether the builder self-performs that work or subcontracts it.
